House of Carlisle-Martin: Slightly over $1 million seems like a good deal for a 7,959-square-foot, eight-bedroom, 3.5-bath, historic home situated on a 19-acre plot. The stories of a young woman’s ghost waiting for her boyfriend to return in the tower chamber on the fourth story would not deter any sane bidder.
Or would they?
After all, the home is among the outstanding specimens of Italian-style architecture in the South, having been constructed originally in 1858. Grand elements like handcarved wood staircases, crystal chandeliers, and twelve fireplaces can be seen in this exquisitely restored building.
It’s a working ranch for Arabian horses as well. Folklorist Kathryn Tucker Windham’s book “Thirteen Alabama Ghosts and Jeffrey” really mentions this equestrian estate. The hauntings seem to be a selling factor in this case.

House of Birger Axelson: There are rumours that this old cypress house is haunted by two spirits. One is a kind and amiable signalman who, in the past, helped a family member who was lost at sea by lighting their path. More recently, he has been spotted utilising Morse code to communicate with the outside world. The other ghost is said to be that of a previous homeowner who has been observed staring out of a window across the bay.
Built in 1897, this 1,932-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is close to Pensacola Bay (in a non-flood zone) and has withstood hurricanes for almost a century. Despite being in the historic district of downtown, the city permits the owners to construct a carriage house, garages, and a swimming pool. Whether the spirits approve of it or not, the inside may be getting a small update.

Perhaps the only site in the United States where you can rent a room, live, dine, drink and ghostbust all in one handy location is the Humbird Hotel Bar & Grill. The present owner relates tales of visitors witnessing spirits moving up walls and across hallways.
Actually, using tracking technology, the Supernatural Investigators of Minnesota team has made many visits to the motel. The 1,800-square-foot owner’s quarters and six guest rooms make up the 1869 construction, which the team says is humming with paranormal activity.
The apartment needs some updating, but the restaurant and bar, which is still open, will come with the entire building, including the fixtures, furniture, liquor licence and ghosts.

Enslin House: A mobster by the name of John T. is said to be tormented by nine spirits in this Hudson Valley residence. Diamond “Legs” Additionally, the host is offering a “Spookeasy Dinner/Ghost Tour/Mentalism show” as an extra attraction for $125 per person at this short-term property on Airbnb.
The woman claims her family has owned the residence for six generations and describes herself as an intuitive alchemist and empath. The original hardwood flooring, Florentine doors, tin ceiling, and other 1925 vintage details have all been preserved.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom house is zoned for commercial use; it might be converted into a café, bookshop, or boutique. However, you wouldn’t want to permit customers to enter the cellar. It appears that’s where the apparitions congregate.

Mason House of George Champlin: The living, or paying customers, frequently visit this historic Victorian bed and breakfast. But the original owner is allowed to remain for free. Despite his passing in 1894, it is said that his ghost still haunts the quaint inn with its eleven suites.
The house has been listed and taken off the market for more than a year, and there is no mention of spirits in the current ad. The 5,838-square-foot mansion was originally designed by George C. Mason, who was saw returning home from work, according to a former owner’s account.
There have also been stories of the appearance of an Edwardian chair in an Edwardian nursery and a lady of the home wearing Victorian clothes coming down the stairs.
The wonderful furnishings are also included in the sale for the future owners to take ownership of in addition to the spirits.
